Riverside Welcomes The William Jackson Group

Scruton & Co Builders is pleased to welcome William Jackson Food Group to the Riverside Building at Waterside Business Park, Hessle. The group's new headquarters sees the company staying in the region where the business started more than 150 years ago.

Their decision to move from Derringham Street, West Hull, was made to allow Jackson's Bakery, one of the group's five subsidiary businesses to expand.

The company has leased 8,000sqft of new office space over two decks offering spectacular views of the river Humber and the Humber Bridge. The new offices provide easy access for visitors and offer employees a pleasant and modern working environment.

Nicholas Oughtred, Chairman, William Jackson Food Group said: "We are delighted with our new offices which appropriately reflect our forward-looking intentions."

The prestigious building, developed by Scruton & Co Builders was recently nominated for a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors award features air conditioning, solar power and designer lighting. The building is surrounded by landscaped grounds and 70 dedicated car park spaces.
