It's Official - the Riverside Building is complete

Work is now officially complete on the Riverside Building, the landmark development on the Waterside Business Park in Hessle. At a special ceremony, Keith Gilson, Commercial Director of Houlton, handed over the keys to Nick Pearce, of PPH Commercial.

Houlton were contracted to undertake the construction work by Ian Scruton, Managing Director of Scruton the Builders, the developers and owners of the site. PPH Commercial is the sole agent for the property.

Keith Gilson commented:
